What's the difference between olive oil and extra virgin olive oil?

When they press olives, the first pressing gets the purest oil--extra virgin (it's usually very green). They press it again and get the ';light'; olive oil (still contains plenty of olivey flavor) and the third press is--well, I'm not sure what it's called technically. I think it's just called olive oil. I don't know about the health difference, but I do know that extra virgin olive oil burns *very* easily and so you should never cook with it (use it for salad dressings, dipping bread, etc. It would make sense that it's healthier because it's more pure.
well for starters, olive oil has heard about sex, its just not a priority in its life right now. it wants to finish college, and travel the world before it gets sexually involved with any other oils. the extra virgin olive oil has never ever heard of sex. this is due to the fact that it grew up in a French monastery where sex is never mentioned. this type of extra virgin olive oil is bad for you because it has not had the pleasure of feeling pleasure.
