How do you open a bottle of olive oil?

I have already removed the black seal from from the cap. Now I see that the cap is connected to a ring just below it. This prevents me from unscrewing the cap. I only thing I see to do is to cut the ring from the cap. However, I did this last time and the cap would not screw on tight after I did it. Any suggestions?How do you open a bottle of olive oil?
You know, I've bought all sorts of olive oils in my life, in various bottles, even gallon cans, and never had a problem opening one. You've obviously bought a brand I haven't come across.How do you open a bottle of olive oil?
