I forgot to bring it from the car, and froze. Is it still good? Can it be used? Also, is there a time period where olive oil actually spoils?Can olive oil be used if it accidentally frozen?
Once it comes back to room temp it should be fine but may appear cloudy (see link). Olive oil will not spoil if kept in a container with a cover at room temp.
