How does one remove olive oil from paving stones?

While walking down my garden path, I dropped a bottle of olive oil. It broke and went all over my paving stones.How does one remove olive oil from paving stones?
Try cement powder, or if you don't have any, kitty litter.





Rub in to the stain and leave for at least an hour. Keep rain off while it soaks.





I've used this before to remove engine oil from concrete slabs and it worked perfectly.How does one remove olive oil from paving stones?
Any detergent will remove the surface oil but if the oil has soaked into the pores of the paving more difficult. Careful application of heat with a blowlamp may dry out the oil, at least its clear oil, used engine oil is a beast to remove.
A Jet washer will get rid of it
spirit of salts
use that foam spray cleaner that you can use on stoves and let it sit for a few minutes.


greased lightning should also do the trick. when using water to rinse it off, use HOT water not cold...
